  • Refunds and Deadlines - Payments refundable until May 1st, 2024 minus $150 processing fee. After 5/1/2024, NO refunds. We recommend travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of any unforeseen circumstances (Generally very cheap depending on the plan, $25 and up).

  • Full refunds will be issued in the unlikely event the producer of Ya Helwa cancels the Retreat.
