THURSDAY, AUGUST 25
ARRIVAL: 3:00 pm (please arrive by 5:30 pm at the latest)
CHECK-IN - At the Office, get your room assignment and Welcome Bag.
Everyone must sign a liability release for HSI and Zahra
Get settled in your room, check out the grounds, have a cup of tea in the farmhouse…
6:00 - 7:00 Dinner - All Meals in Dining Hall
Orientation with Victoria of Hope Springs (Towards end of dinner)
7:30 - Chandara - Spirit Dance - Inspirational talk/free flow movement. All classes located in the Studio
8:30 - Rest & Restore Yoga with Andi (yoga mats, blocks, blankets, pillows available in the studio. Disinfectant cleaners also available)

FRIDAY, AUGUST 26
7:20 - 7:50 Sunrise Yoga with Andi
8:00 - 9:00 Breakfast
9:30 - 11:30 Technique/Combo Collective with Zahra
12:00 - 1:00 Lunch
1:30 - 4:00 Classic Sharki With Simon
Leisure time…take a walk, take a nap, sit in the hot tub, have a snack/cup of tea in the farmhouse living room, sit in a rocking chair on the porch, or sit and meditate in the Spirit House (round building), meditation seats available (No candles, or fire allowed).
6:00 - 7:00 Dinner
